CAF Café at Al Mamsha Sharjah is a premium café fit-out project delivered by FP Interior Design & Fit-Out, where we executed the full construction and interior works based on the client’s concept while developing all technical drawings in compliance with Sharjah Municipality, SEWA, and AlEF Group requirements.

As one of the first contractors operating in Al Mamsha, our company was officially added to the approved contractor list, reflecting our expertise in delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects in newly developed destinations.

During execution, several design enhancements were introduced to improve both functionality and visual impact. The ceiling design was partially opened to create a spacious atmosphere while maintaining enclosed service areas. Exposed HVAC ducting and civil defense piping were carefully integrated and finished in black, creating a modern industrial ceiling concept.

Copper cladding elements were added to elevate the interior identity, while the café bar was constructed using large-format Italian slabs, covering a total length of 7 meters with only two seamless pieces, ensuring a high-end finish.

The project involved multiple technical challenges, including AC outdoor unit installation in basement parking through core cutting works, and executing long linear gas piping systems within tight service zones. Electrical works were also complex, as the café operated using dual power meters, requiring special approvals from Sharjah Electricity.

Flooring was completed using Spanish porcelain tiles (120x60 cm), while wall finishes were executed using cement effect techniques with a realistic concrete appearance, creating a raw yet refined aesthetic.

This project positions FP Interior Design & Fit-Out as one of the best fit-out contractors for café projects in the UAE, delivering turnkey construction solutions with precision, innovation, and compliance.
